Creativity doesn’t need fixing.

It needs space to breathe alongside real life.

Whether you’re creating, teaching, mentoring, or simply trying to stay inspired while life pulls at you from all sides

SAIN helps you reconnect with your work in a way that feels honest, grounded, and sustainable.

What is the SAIN Method™?

It’s not another push harder system.

It’s a grounded, compassionate framework for:

  • Rebuilding self-trust

  • Overcoming inner resistance

  • Creating from emotional safety

  • Leading others with care

  • And integrating your creative practice into your actual life

It’s science-backed. Soul-fed. And designed to evolve with you.

Who is this for?

  • Creatives who’ve lost momentum, confidence, or joy

  • Coaches and educators who want to guide with more intention and less burnout

  • Sensitive, deep feeling humans who want to create and live more fully

  • Anyone tired of surface-level advice and ready for honest transformation

Why SAIN?

Because the industry talks about confidence like it’s a mindset.

We know it’s a practice.

Because most methods teach you how to do more.

We teach you how to do what matters - from a place that’s truly yours.

Because art without resilience burns out.

And mentorship without care does harm.

We offer another way.

Meet Stacy

Stacy is the founder of SAIN and a specialist in creative education, performance, and emotional resilience. With over a decade of experience teaching in higher education, and several years leading academic programmes, she brings deep expertise in pedagogy, curriculum development, and creative learner support.

Throughout her career, she has worked with a diverse range of individuals, including neurodiverse creatives, vulnerable learners, and established professionals seeking renewed connection with their voice and creative process. Her approach is grounded in educational research, built on lived experience, and delivered with clarity, calm, and care.

In addition to her work in education, Stacy’s creative background spans performance, vocal work, and meditative writing. SAIN was developed to bridge the gap between structured learning and authentic self-expression supporting both creatives and the people who guide them.

Testimonials

  • Stacy is a fantastic instructor. She takes the time to get to know you and makes you feel comfortable with being vulnerable. I learned so much about myself and grew not only as a musician, but as a person.

  • Stacy is one of the best teachers I have ever had! Her approach and techniques are like fish in the water for me. She always finds the best way to work through issues I may come across. I always feel relaxed and motivated to learn something new with her and I can see each lesson the progress I have made! She's flexible, very attentive, open, and gentle when it comes to any communication. I'm always excited to meet her!!!

  • I always really enjoyed working with Stacy to tackle problems, as she approaches them with posivitiy and creativity, always looking for the opportunity for growth in a difficult situation. Importantly, she makes this process fun. She is a very experienced teacher and mentor who uses her skills to promote safety as a starting point for learning journeys. Partnered with her own curiosity for learning and development, I am excited to see this coming together in SAIN.

  • Working with Stacy always feels comfortable, safe and something to look forward to. As a perfectionist in my instrument, with the help of Stacy I’ve felt comfortable in making mistakes during our lessons. Stacy has taught me a lot about the root elements of my voice and how to use them to shine even brighter with my voice. I would and have recommended Stacy to artists who are really hard on themselves and therefore have trouble with performing for example.
